🚀Conference Producer: Create Game-Changing B2B Events 🚀
At Influence Group, we’ve built our reputation on connecting senior decision-makers through experiential hosted-buyer events. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio of successful B2B events, we’re looking to add a dynamic Conference Producer to our team – someone who can shape industry-leading events that make executives say “I can’t miss this.”
Why This Role Matters You’ll be the architect behind events that don’t just share information – they spark the conversations and connections that shape industries. Think intimate gatherings in stunning locations where every minute counts and every interaction has purpose. As we expand into new sectors and launch more events, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future success.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Craft the kind of event programs that make industry leaders lean in and take notes
- Dig deep into emerging trends to uncover the topics keeping executives up at night
- Build relationships with thought leaders who can deliver those “wow” moments on stage
- Partner with our marketing team to tell compelling stories that fill seats
- Dream up fresh session formats that get people talking (and coming back for more)

Location & Travel
Fully remote until event time, when you’ll join us in some pretty amazing places – think Napa, Palm Springs, Clearwater Beach, Park City, and more in 2025.

Your Role: Building Partnerships, Driving Success
As our Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be the architect of engagement, creating meaningful bridges between companies and our purpose-driven events. Your mission? To identify, engage, and inspire the right companies to partner with our exclusive gatherings. You’ll offer them an invigorating alternative to stale trade shows, providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
🎯 Identify and research potential sponsors to build a robust pipeline.
🚀 Lead the sales journey from initiation to closure, creating lasting professional relationships.
🔍 Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage prospects.
💡 Craft compelling sales proposals that highlight the unique value of our events.
🌐 Leverage social media and other platforms to amplify our reach and engage potential sponsors.
📊 Manage and continually refine our CRM, ensuring every interaction counts.
✈️ Travel to our events to foster relationships (destinations include Napa, Palm Springs, Miami Beach, Austin, and more).
What we’re looking for:
🌟 4+ years of documented success in B2B sales, with a knack for closing deals and forging connections.
💬 Exceptional communication skills – your words can inspire and influence.
💻 Adeptness with modern CRM and sales technologies, including HubSpot and SalesNavigator.
🔍 Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms for prospecting.

As our Delegate Sales Manager, you’ll be the architect of engagement, creating meaningful bridges between senior executives and our purpose-driven events. Your mission? To identify, engage, and inspire the right leaders to attend our exclusive gatherings. You’ll offer them an invigorating alternative to the conventional trade show scene, providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and recruit industry leaders to attend our industry-leading events.
- Lead the sales journey from initiation to closure, creating lasting professional relationships.
- Utilize your research prowess to strategically approach prospects.
- Illuminate the unique value of our events.
- Leverage social media as a powerful tool to amplify our reach.
- Manage and continually refine our database, ensuring every interaction counts.
- Meet KPIs on call volume, new contacts added to the database and achieve attendee goals on numbers and quality
What we’re looking for:
