Job Summary
We’re looking to add a dynamic Conference Producer to our team – someone who can shape industry-leading events that make executives say “I can’t miss this.  You’ll be the architect behind events that don’t just share information – they spark the conversations and connections that shape industries. Think intimate gatherings in stunning locations where every minute counts and every interaction has purpose. As we expand into new sectors and launch more events, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future success.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Craft the kind of event programs that make industry leaders lean in and take notes
  • Dig deep into emerging trends to uncover the topics keeping executives up at night
  • Build relationships with thought leaders who can deliver those “wow” moments on stage
  • Partner with our marketing team to tell compelling stories that fill seats
  • Dream up fresh session formats that get people talking (and coming back for more)

To identify, engage, and inspire the right companies to partner with our exclusive gatherings. You’ll offer them an invigorating alternative to stale trade shows, providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful.

✈️ Travel to our events to foster relationships (destinations include Napa, Palm Springs, Miami Beach, Austin, and more).

What we’re looking for:
🌟 4+ years of documented success in B2B sales, with a knack for closing deals and forging connections.

💬 Exceptional communication skills – your words can inspire and influence.

💻 Adeptness with modern CRM and sales technologies, including HubSpot and SalesNavigator.

🔍 Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms for prospecting.

  • Meet KPIs on call volume, new contacts added to the database and achieve attendee goals on numbers and quality
